**The Role**

As a Membership Consultant, you’ll play a key role in driving membership growth and ensuring our current members continue to feel supported on their fitness journey. You’ll work closely with the club team to:

- Generate leads and convert them into memberships
- Retain current members by promoting our culture and services
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships
- Assist with marketing efforts and local business engagement
- Be available to work afternoons and evenings, including weekends and maintain our welcoming, clean and vibrant club standards
- **_ If considered for the role, you’ll need these required certificates:_**
- First Aid
- CPR
- Police Check
- Working with Children Check

**About You**

We’re looking for passionate individuals who are ready to be the best in the game Here’s what you could bring to our club:

- Experience proactively identifying and generating new leads through community outreach, in-club promotion, referrals, online inquiries, and corporate partnerships
- Passion for sales, achieving monthly sales targets and conversions by following up with prospects and thriving in a competitive environment
- Confidence in your skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities
- Committed to fostering an inclusive gym culture and building a strong community
- Ability to support and promote local businesses
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone, with the ability to engage and welcome new people
- Strong work ethic, a collaborative mindset, and a drive for continuous growth and career advancement
