**What You’ll Do**
- Build genuine relationships with members and the local community
- Drive new membership sales through tours, enquiries, and outreach
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all touchpoints
- Support daily club operations including admin, cleanliness, and member engagement
- Assist with club events, promotions, and local area marketing
- Complete structured development and training modules to prepare you for a leadership path

**About You**
- Passionate about fitness and helping people
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Organised and proactive with great attention to detail
- Keen to develop into a future Club Manager
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or fitness sales is a bonus - but not essential
