**Band 4 - $41,708 - $43,848 yearly (Pro rata), plus 11.5% statutory superannuation**

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with customer service experience to join our small yet dynamic Customer Service team in a temporary part-time capacity, based at our Sale Service Centre (Council Headquarters). School hours available.

To be successful in this role you will be a team player and have a proactive and energetic approach to the day. You will be an active listener with excellent communications skills, and you will enjoy going the extra mile to deliver the highest standards for the customer. **What your day will look like**:

- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers
- Offer administration support including database management
- Complete cashier functions
- Process customer correspondence
- Update relevant systems and registers
- Provide relief at Yarram Service Centre, when required

**Key selection criteria**:

- Experience in managing customer expectations and identifying customer needs.
- Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Demonstrated knowledge of general office procedures and proficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of products.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative, prioritise tasks and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
