**Description**:
Due to internal movements, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team based in Banyo on a fixed-term parental leave contract for 12-15 months. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent to support our business needs. This role will be based on-site, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times depending on the recruitment workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

**About You**:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An ability to work independently and as a team.
- Excellent collaboration skills with an ability to develop strong relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
