**NDC Keilor is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join their friendly team.**

**Due to the expansion of Saturday clinicians in the Practice, we are seeking part time and casual team members. Availability will need to include Saturdays.**

**About the Role**

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

**Skills & Experience**

**You have**:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
- 2 years experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - _(required)_
- Certificate lll or IV in dental assisting _(desired)_
- Availability that includes a Saturday
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite
- Immediate start available

- A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus
- Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes
