As an NDIS Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our participants by providing personalised care and assistance tailored to their individual needs. **Opportunities in Geelong and Western Melbourne**

We are currently expanding our team and seeking support workers in Geelong and Western Melbourne.

**What We Offer**:

- **Competitive Compensation**: Earn above award rates, with salaries ranging from $35.00 to $42.00 per hour.
- **Flexible Shifts**: Enjoy regular, casual shifts with a variety of options, including day, afternoon, evening, weekend, and night shifts.
- **Travel Reimbursement**: We offer reimbursement for eligible travel expenses.

**Responsibilities May Include**:

- Assisting with social and community participation activities.
- Providing personalised personal care with empathy and dignity.
- Supporting household tasks to maintain a comfortable living environment.
- Facilitating skill development in areas such as shopping and cooking.
- Providing transportation to appointments, ensuring access to essential services.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in disability support is advantageous.
- **Clearances**: Current National Police Clearance, Working with Children’s Check, and NDIS worker's screening clearance.
- **First Aid & CPR**: Current certification.
- **Driver’s License**: Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car, willing to commute up to 30 minutes from home.
- **Legal Status**: Full working rights in Australia.
- **COVID Vaccination**: Certificate of COVID Vaccination.
- **Qualifications**: Certificate in Aged Care/Disability

**Flexible Schedule**:

- Enjoy the variety of a rotating roster with morning, afternoon, evening, weekend, and public holiday shifts.
