**About the Opportunity**

We are currently looking for a talented early career professional to join our Supply team as a Supply Coordinator. Based at our Macquarie Park head office, The focus of this role is to support the Planning Manager in the end-to-end order fulfilment process ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained. This role is an integral member of the Supply Chain and Planning Team and will make a strong contribution to a high performing Planning Team.

**Specifically, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting end-to-end order fulfilment process with global, local vendors and third-party logistics providers to ensure product availability
- Tracking of orders and liaising closely with vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Pro-actively working with vendors to resolve any potential delay in shipment
- Liaising closely with third-party logistics providers to ensure shipments can be cleared and processed in a timely manner.
- Communication of supply gaps with key stake holders and provides visibility of potential supply interruptions to external/internal customers
- Identify and resolve supply exceptions through orders management, re-allocation of existing inventory and reviewing safety stock parameters.
- Maintaining planning system data to assure highest possible level of data integrity
- Delivering required reports, metrics and analyses as need in a timely manner

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Degree qualification within Business, Commerce, Logistics or Supply Chain
- High energy and adaptability
- Strong pro-active communication skills with ability to influence key stakeholders
- Strong analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good reporting and proven analytical capability
- Strong internal & external relationship building skills
- High level of detail and accuracy and ability to work under pressure
- Continual improvement mindset
- Strong Excel skills
