**About the role**
Love a tidy space, fresh linen, and the sweet satisfaction of turning chaos into calm? We’re looking for a **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join our crew at **Bounce Melbourne,**someone who’s got an eye for detail, a knack for organisation, and doesn’t mind getting stuck into the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps the hostel going.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, takes pride in presentation, and doesn’t mind getting their hands a little dirty to keep things spotless.

**Here’s what that looks like**:
**Room readiness**: Making beds, flipping dorms, deep-cleaning private rooms, and getting every room up to our high standards.

**Common area care**: Helping keep our bathrooms, kitchen, and lounges clean, welcoming, and ready for the next round of guests.

**Linen + supply coordination**: You’ll assist with linen ordering, restocks, and supply counts — making sure we never run out of the essentials (or get buried in 500 pillowcases).

**Stock takes & orders**: Helping track what we’ve got, what we need, and placing orders for cleaning products, toiletries, and all things housekeeping.

**Team support**: Working alongside a crew that pitches in, lifts each other up, and knows when it’s time for a quick coffee break in the sun.

**What We’re Looking For**:
You don’t need fancy qualifications, just the ability to show up, keep things moving, and take pride in a job well done.

**You might be**:

- Experienced in housekeeping, cleaning, or hospitality (hostel experience = a bonus)
- Someone who thrives on routine tasks and ticking things off the list
- Confident working independently and taking ownership of ordering & stock systems
- Reliable, detail-focused, and not afraid to sweat a little
