**Housekeeping Supervisor - Boutique 250-Room Hotel (Melbourne CBD)**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join our team at our boutique hotel in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Known for its exceptional cleanliness and high-class rooms, our property takes pride in offering guests a luxury experience supported by a dedicated housekeeping team.

**About the Role**:
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness across all 250 guest rooms and public areas. You’ll lead, train, and support a team of housekeeping staff while working closely with management to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet brand and cleanliness standards.
- Train, motivate, and support housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and efficiency within the team.
- Conduct room inspections and manage checklists to maintain consistency.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams for smooth operations.
- Maintain stock levels of amenities, chemicals, and linen while ensuring safe practices.
- Assist with rostering, performance reviews, and staff development.

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in a hotel environment.
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining luxury standards.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required.
