Our client is a well established Surgical Practice. Their aim is to provide the highest quality service and provide individual surgical care improving patients overall quality of life.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic Medical Receptionist to join their team on a casual basis. You will provide superior customer service and admin support.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Meeting and greeting of patients
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Management of all patient data, correspondence
- Patient quotations
- Invoicing and receipting of consultations
- Assisting Practice manager with general administration
- Utilising Genie Software

To be successful for this position you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. You will have excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and establish efficient office systems. You will have proven ability to work in a team environment and provide support. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service.
