We are a family run service based in the Campbelltown area who believes in the power of play and early learning. Our centre fosters a supportive and inclusive culture where children can thrive. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Child Care Room Leader to join our toddler room team.

As the Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children aged about 2-3 years. You will lead a team of educators, ensuring the delivery of a high standard of care and education. Your creativity, leadership, and dedication will help shape the future of our little learners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that promote children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment.
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children’s progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child’s development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- At least Diploma or actively working towards a Diploma.
- Ideally at least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong working knowledge of NQF.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
