**Your Next Opportunity**

You will be responsible for setting the high standards of care and experiences for our children. Under the direction of the Nominated Supervisor and Approved Provider, you will contribute to the overall success of the centre by managing smooth operational performance and ensuring centre obligations are met with regard to relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

Day to day duties will include but are not limited to:

- Provide leadership and management to educators in your room regarding all aspects of your room's operation in line with relevant regulations and procedures
- Inspire and mentor educators to deliver outstanding quality in care and compliance
- Let your love for children shine in everything your room does
- Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families and educators to deliver best outcomes for families and children

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**

To be considered for this position, you should have a Diploma (or working towards) in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA approved ECT (or working towards) as well as some demonstrated experience in a leadership role where you have been proactive in your room.

You will need to ensure you **operate in full compliance under legislative and regulatory requirements**. Your highly developed computer and written skills will ensure you can **maintain accurate and up-to-date reports** regarding observations, programming, and tracking the developmental milestones of children attending the centre.

Other requirements include:

- A Valid Working with Children Check
- Current ACECQA-approved first aid and CPR certification
- Accredited child protection training
- Evidence of completed qualification or qualifications in progress
- Willingness and ability to accept the role of Responsible Person under the Education and Care Services National Law Application Bill 2010 and Care Services National Regulations

**Salary**: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
