**Your day to day**
As the **Accounts Supervisor**, you’ll support the Director of Finance & Business Support in any / all finance and business support tasks required per the Job Description, including partnering with the IHG Business Service Centre (BSC), hotel leaders, national payroll, purchasing and treasury functions.

Drive continued improvement in financial performance, whilst ensuring compliance to required accounting standards and support team members in training required standards and support operating departments in delivering smooth and efficient guest service whilst ensuring compliance.

Be professional, and personable in the way you are with people, using your knowledge so that you are prepared to support others, take initiative, and going the extra mile. Maintain a positive attitude and driving force to engage
- the role, lead your own development supported by a strong development framework offered in IHG and move up.

You'll have at least one years’ experience in an accounting clerical / assistant position or similar; plus hold a Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Accounting, Finance or in the process of studying for this qualification.
