**About the role**

A position of influence will see you reporting to the Managing Director, working with the established dealership network across the Eastern seaboard, providing coaching, training and updates around products and services while ensuring each dealer has a fundamental understating of the suite of products.

**Duties**
- Provide hands on support to the existing dealership network
- Gain an understanding the dealers’ individual requirement, their strengths and weaknesses and assist them to grow their business
- Develop strategic sales strategies while demonstrating value of products
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, participate in product development, marketing plans and client education activities, attend tradeshows
- Negotiate service level agreements
- Provide management reports
- CRM accuracy and compliance

**Skills & experience**
- Sales experience and passion within the automotive, 4x4 or camping environment
- Some sort of technical aptitude or knowledge of lithium batteries would be advantageous
- Exposure to a dealership or franchise network group
- Demonstratable ability to create sales plans while understanding individual customer requirements - solution selling
- Ability to travel nationally and attend trade shows from time to time

**Salary**: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
