**About the Role**
Join our dynamic Customer Remediation Team as the Manager of Remediation and play a pivotal role in the timely and successful delivery of remediation programs across the BOQ Group. In this role, you will be the driving force behind engaging key stakeholders across multiple functions to effectively manage remediation activities.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, managing directly owned remediation programs end-to-end, and providing support to business owners on remediation activities not directly managed by you. You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless operations within the Customer Remediation Team.

This role will see you getting involved with executing on the BOQ Group Customer Remediation Framework, whilst also prioritising the timely delivery of remediation programs. You will be expected to provide regular stakeholder updates on progress delivery and follow a robust documentation process for audit purposes.
