**About the role**

This role will be based out of the International Towers on the harbour foreshore of Barangaroo at one of Australia’s most progressive workspaces and one of the world’s most sustainable commercial precincts. The role is offered on a hybrid working pattern and will see you reporting to the GM Organisational Development. Key responsibilities for the role include;
- Leverage a deep understanding of the business, labour market knowledge / hiring trends, and data to develop and execute bespoke sourcing strategies for each hiring engagement to ensure goals are met with the best possible talent
- Establish trusted and productive partnerships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, leaders, agency partners and other external service providers

**About your experience**
Our ideal colleague has full-cycle recruitment experience gained in a corporate and/or agency setting, as well as:

- Experience working in a Tier 1 HCMS such as SAP SuccessFactors, WorkDay or Oracle Taleo (or similar)
- Sound knowledge and understanding of contemporary and equitable recruitment practices and sourcing approaches
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder and time management skills with a flexible / adaptable approach to competing and changing needs
- Demonstrated ability to leverage hiring data for better decision making and continuous improvement.
