Hello we are Empowering Lives Support Services,

We are seeking a staff member to join our team we are looking for someone who is reliable and a team player, punctual, who takes pride in their appearance (well groomed,good personal hygiene), upholds participant choice & control, upholds professionalism at all times, adheres to NDIS Code of Conduct / NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Framework, Upholds professionalism boundaries,

If the employee proves themselves to be reliable and respectful, we can most definitely look at increasing hours. The successful applicant will be on a six month probationary period if Participant, their family & company approve of performance.

Support worker will be provided with ID badges and uniform for the course of their duties.

Support worker is responsible for empowering participants to further improve their skills and independence in a professional well mannered person centred approach.

**First Aid and CPR**

**NDIS modules (industry mandated)**

**Minimum a certificate III in Individual Support**

**Yellow and Blue cards (relevant clearances mandatory)**

**Current registered comprehensive motor vehicle insurance with Open Driver Licence**

**Safe, reliable & well maintained/clean motor vehicle**

**Covid-19 vaccinations (3x boosters) current certificate**

**Flu shot (influenza vaccination) (desirable)**

Current shifts what are available to be picked up (with possibility to increase hours in future)

Client 1

Assisting male participant at Bunnings at Capalaba client has ASD

Wednesday 9am to 5pm

Thursday 9an to 5pm

Client 2

Assisting female participant with their chores community access Improving personal hygiene client has ASD

Friday 7:30 to 3:30

Pay: $23.77 - $48.62 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
