**What we do**:
Concept Commercial Interiors design and build People-Powered workspaces.

**Overview of the position**:
As an Interior Designer you will work within the Design team to create and ensure our projects’ designs are completed on time, within budget, and to the required regulatory and company specific design standards.

**Our expectations of you**:

- At least a diploma level qualification or, 3 or more years’ experience within an interior designer role or equivalent ideally within the commercial construction industry and Health sector.
- Proficient skills using in AutoCAD, Revit and Adobe Suite Photoshop & adhering to regulations & compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple departments & clients to deliver designs, concepts and materials & Furniture that meet the design, functional and budget requirements of our clients.
- A client centric mindset with the confidence to produce design concepts & documentation of designs throughout project lifecycles with client meetings, our project managers, sales and interstate team
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills to communicate design concepts
- An understanding of construction documentation, process and regulatory requirements
- Selecting materials and furniture aligned with the designs and involvement in identifying and negotiating with suppliers to provide selected materials and furniture.
- Work alongside the appointed project manager to supervise the construction in alignment with the approved design concept.

(Prior experience with 3D Rendering will be advantageous within this role)
