**Job Summary**: We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Barista/All-Rounder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages, primarily coffee, while also handling other key responsibilities including customer service, food handling, cleaning, and cash register operation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality hot and cold beverages, including coffee, according to our standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- Handle food items, ensuring all food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Operate the cash register and manage transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations effectively.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of Barista experience, especially in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proven customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a dynamic setting.
