Our store will operate **7 days a week**, combining the best of café culture, fresh food, and hospitality, all under one roof. From artisan coffee to fresh cakes, hot meals, and friendly service, we’re committed to delivering a world-class experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a **Café Allrounder** who thrives in a busy environment and is confident working across all areas of **Front of House**. You’ll be greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring our guests feel welcome and well looked after from start to finish.

You’ll need to be flexible, efficient, and enthusiastic — someone who can move between roles with ease and take initiative to keep things running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide **exceptional customer service** with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take orders and serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately
- Assist with coffee making, food prep, and service as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all FOH areas
- Ensure all products are presented and served to high standards
- Handle POS transactions and cash with accuracy and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and café teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety protocols at all times

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

- A **minimum of 1 year experience** in a café or hospitality setting
- A **customer-first approach** and the ability to create memorable guest experiences
- A high level of **reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail**:

- The ability to work well under pressure during busy periods
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work across a variety of FOH duties — from taking orders to table clearing, food running, and more
- **Availability for early morning and weekend shifts** is essential
- Barista experience is a bonus (but not essential)
