Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and engage customers warmly, ensuring they feel welcome swiftly
- Take orders accurately and efficiently in-person.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks according to the drive thru standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised work stations on the go.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Operate café equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support team members during peak hours and contribute to overall smooth operations.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is an asset but not mandatory.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills or be willing to learn to do so will be an advantage.
- You will need to be prepared to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed.
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
