Headline responsibilities
- As a Media Account Manager at JOY you’ll hold a strong understanding of marketing, communications and media fundamentals. What works, how it works best and why.
- You’ll have experience in cultivating great client relationships in a client management role, delivering exceptional service, media strategy and implementational planning work.
- Strong applied investment background (you might have once been an investment manager, digital manager or TV buyer) and so can lead a support team effectively to deliver implementation excellence.
- Holistic channel experience - TV, digital, OOH, Radio - you will have worked / had exposure across all channels and understand a full got-to-market solution.
- Finance and admin excellence - you’ll appreciate that this detail is important for clients and to operate our business effectively, and therefore have a strong attention to detail and understanding of client financial management.
- Experience in using a range of media/communications tools (e.g. Roy Morgan)
- The ability to create and strongly deliver a well structured, persuasive and interesting presentation
- 3-4 years experience, but possibly more
