Our client has a well-established reputation for providing reliable and quality steel fabrication works, as well as construction and mining services to construction and mining sectors across WA.
They see the key to business success is largely credited to dedication to prompt, professional service via effective customer relations and communication. They are now seeking a Trainee Business Administrator to join the team to continue and grow this business success.
Located in Welshpool, this is a full-time position, allowing you to work hands-on in a business environment, whilst working towards a nationally recognised qualification - Certificate III in Business.
Key responsibilities and duties include:

- Completing a 12month Traineeship in Certificate III in Business
- Providing administrative support (including filing, drafting correspondence, and coordinating company travel)
- Management of customer database and scheduling system
- General office duties and support functions
- Building solid relationships with external and internal stakeholders

Skills required:

- Fast learner and willing to take on new tasks
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Practical with a good amount of common sense
- Be able to follow instructions
- Communicate and able to ask questions when unsure
- Personable phone manner and ability to listen and document requests
- Be committed to working full time for 12 months
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Office would be helpful, although not required

As this is a traineeship position, the successful applicant will need to be an Australian Citizen or Permanent resident.
