Seeking experienced Office Manager to join our team in Sunshine Coast. We specialize in high-quality, safety-focused scaffolding for commercial projects across the region.

**About the role**
We are seeking a highly organized person with excellent administrative skills to manage the Administration and Logistics of our business. The role includes accounts management, ensuring we are on top of insurances, invoicing, and general good relationship with other staff members.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration activities
- All administrative functions, including office supplies and overseeing the reception
- Accounts management (including trade debtors, banking..)
- **Assist external accountant with weekly and monthly payroll and daily bank reconciliations**:

- **Managing internal and external communications**:

- **Supervise and mentor administrative team**:

- **Provide administrative support to management team**

**Skills and Experience**
- High level of attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Good understanding of stock management and freight movements
- Preferable with knowledge in manufacturing
- Computer literacy especially Excel Worksheets & XERO/MYOB/RECKON
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated high levels of communication skills with highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be punctual, possess a professional attitude with good time-management skills
- Previous experience working in a Building & Construction is desirable however not essential as training will be provided.

Work Hours are Monday - Friday

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
