**Your new role**
- Uplift the management and coordination of MPB’s corporate and divisional reporting requirements to meet Parks Executive, Secretary and Ministerial expectations
- Provide high quality documents (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) to communicate MPB program delivery status including finances to meet governance requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with a variety of program stakeholders including working directly with senior executives
- Assist in program strategy including the contribution to increase Indigenous participation and collaboration across the infrastructure program
- Identify, lead and implement business improvement opportunities.
- Perform ad hoc duties to support the assistant directors managing a program of capital works.
