**About the opportunity
**Reporting to the Head of Finance Shared Services, this role will ensure a smooth running FSS office by carrying out a range of administrative, financial and team orientated tasks. This role is the beating heart of the FSS teams and will be intrinsic to maintaining a strong culture of engagement and welfare for the team.

**What you’ll do
**Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

- attending meetings with managers, taking notes and following up actions
- implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- organising induction programmes for new employees, organising team events, booking transport and accommodation
- manage site specific incident reporting and ensuring that health and safety policies are up to date processing invoices and coding Expense 8 transactions
