Working at our Adelaide Depot, you will be calling on your previous operations and management experience whilst using the skills and techniques we will teach you to achieve our company objectives
- This is a hands-on role with an opportunity to make a difference._

**What will you be doing?**
- Controlling and managing a superior service delivery to our clients
- Co-ordinate the inbound and outbound freight ensuring all collection and deliveries are done in a timely manner
- Manage Branch operations, labour and vehicle resources in order to achieve delivery and service objectives both local and interstate
- Manage and lead the operations personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures
- Plan, manage and review all fleet repairs and visual maintenance
- Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel
- Comply with company policy and legislative requirements relation to Work Health and Safety, storage and handling of dangerous goods, traffic laws and Federal and State Government Regulations.
- Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the State Manager.
- Manage and maintain property, plant and site security.

- Forklift Licence - desired
