**The Role**:

- Ensuring that we deliver on our service promise to our customers by achieving optimisation levels based on compliance, efficiency and safety
- Effectively managing Fatigue Management Regulations
- Ensure timely consolidation of all outbound trailer movements
- Maintain optimal levels of productivity
- Mentor your team to achieve operational excellence.

**About you**:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Complex understanding of the National Heavy Vehicle Legislation
- Ability to build and develop strong working relationships and a strong drive to deliver business outcomes
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations and Employment Relations policies and requirements (preferred)
- Ability to process and interpret complex information, then adjust according to the audience receiving the information
- Ability to work flexibly and to work under pressure
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Critical thinking and decision making skills

The successful applicant will be able to engage people at all levels, have proven ability in building effective working relationships, with strong influencing, negotiation and coaching skills, coupled with an ability to work within a fast paced, dynamic transport environment
