**Your new role**
- Liaise between the business and the Global Office 365 team to create solutions as required
- Ensure business units get the maximum benefit from Office 365 including driving user adoptions
- Assist the business to meet their business goals by promoting technology-related ideas and offering advice on processes
- Make suggestions to improve, streamline and enhance business processes
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues
- Train other members of the IT Department in the use of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have a diverse background in IT possibly as a BA or PM with an expertise in Microsoft 365.
