**What you’ll do**:
Repair faulty PCBA’s as identified during the test process Use fault data and diagnostic equipment to determine the problem and to repair the PCBA down to the component level Provide timely and efficient PCBA diagnosis, fault finding, and repair services in support of the PCB Assembly team Ensure faulty product is addressed, repaired, and put back into the product manufacturing process Work closely with the PCB Assembly Team in the spirit of cooperation with the aim of providing assembly issues feedback to produce a high PCBA first pass test yield. Report back to the Production Engineer and the Production Supervisor any repair issues that statistically show as being a common problem. Continual improvement of processes, documentation, and support systems within the PCBA fault finding and repair section Take steps required to ensure the timely completion of allocated tasks Coordinate with the appropriate manager to determine the future strategy for any support issues that may need to be elevated beyond the PCBA repair process Take steps to avoid the unsafe use of repair equipment and tools

**What you’ll need**:
Technical ability at an advanced Electronics Technician or Engineering level Practical knowledge and diverse experience in PCBA fault diagnosis at the board level and PCBA repair down to the component level Highly competent in the use of PCBA fault diagnosis equipment and repair tools Proven ability to break down problems, analyze and find solutions in a timely manner Ability to work unsupervised and achieve workflow timelines Driver’s license
