About the Role
Accountable for delivery of contemporary nursing practice, patient outcomes and the achievement of associated service performance targets/indicators within the Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team.
Plan and lead the Mobile Intensive Rehabilitation Team human, material and financial resource management strategies and processes, regularly evaluating to ensure effectiveness.
Work collaboratively with peers and others to create team cohesion and a positive practice environment that achieves best practice outcomes for patients and/or service.
Coordinate mentoring, preceptorship, role modelling and promotes the value of nursing within the healthcare team in Logan MSAMHS.
