**YOUR ROLE**
We have an opportunity for a Learning and Capability Specialist to join our team in CGU where you’ll design and implement the capability and learning requirements across Workers Compensation. This role establishes the annual learning and development plan with a focus on staff onboarding, customer service, leadership and technical expertise. The role engages internal and external experts as needed and optimises customer, people, risk and financial outcomes.

You’ll design and drive the people plan and develop and maintain development records and training spend delivery to budgets.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in Workers Compensation scheme and claims
- Ability to analyse and interpret injury management legislation or policy
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills
- Group training and presentation skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Training program content development and coordination
