Permanent opportunity for a specialist in Workforce Capability

Your New Role

Your new role will be working as the as the Leader of the Workforce Capability role include the following:

- To lead a Team that creates, implements, and maintains an extensive and modern Workforce Capability function that supports the recruitment, hiring, and utilisation of our Workforce to maximise our capacity to fulfil the demands of the strategic plan through its People.
- Create and deliver each project listed in the Workforce Capability Plan
- Work on projects related to employee life cycles.

What You need to Succeed

The ideal applicant for the position will be able to balance conflicting priorities in a demanding and complex organisational context, have sound judgement, and have strong interpersonal skills and one or more applicable advanced tertiary degrees. You'll also have a strong background in workforce capability.
