A Newly created role now exists for you to join us in our Flight Operations team as a Flight Operations Support Coordinator at Alliance Airlines.

This position is an administrative and support function for operational departments within Flight and Cabin Crew.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Flight Operations Support Manager, this role will be responsible for the:

- Delivery of support, administrative and technical activities for Flight and Cabin Crew management and all supporting information processes.
- Provide relevant support to the relevant departmental Managers within Flight Operations, including Flight Standards, Line Operations, Cabin Crew and Technical.
- Delivery of administrative and technical support within the Department to ensure all relevant activities are completed.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Assist with the maintenance of up-to-date copies of files of all licences, ratings, medical certificates, endorsements, training and any other technical or administrative qualifications or records as required by legislation or company policy
- Undertake Flight Operations and Cabin Crew admin duties as directed by the Manager Flight Operations Support.
- Develop and update Flight Operations SOP procedures.
- Assist when required to update the Flight Operations regulatory compliance statements with manual revisions

**About You**

You will have previous experience in a similar position with exceptional administration skills.

**In addition, you will possess**:

- Background in development of processes and procedures in an aviation environment.
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and in a team focussed environment
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and lateral thinking skills
- Well-developed computing skills, particularly Microsoft office suite of programs
- Problem solving skills
- Maturity and ability to make quick, accurate decisions in difficult circumstances.
- Flexibility to adapt to a changing work environment.
- Professionalism / maturity, sense of urgency, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
