Falco Bakery - Made Well Group
We are seeking a super-efficient, friendly and organised person to join our small driving team. This role requires you to load our van and deliver our amazing product to other Falco stores and a handful of wholesale clients.
- Room for progression with tasks in the kitchen
- Afternoons & evenings off
About the Role:
This role requires that you are a confident driver as well as being efficient and organised. When you’re not driving between our stores, we ask that you provide solid support to our back of house team with simple food preparation and some cleaning. You'll need to be a morning person as the start time is 6am. We have 15-20 hours available per week.
Applicants must have a strong work ethic and you will be expected to demonstrate the following skills at the highest level:
- Communication
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving
- Sense of urgency
- Organisation
- Cleanliness
The successful applicant will be required to work weekends.

About Us:
We are a small-batch bakery that uses traditional techniques with an innovative spin to create delicious, baked goods. We opened our first Falco on Smith Street back in 2019 and we have been serving our community ever since. Falco Langridge Street is our second home which we opened in February 2023. Falco Johnston Street, our third venue, opened in December 2023.
