**The role**:
**Snooze Fitzroy** is seeking the services of a **Warehouse Assistant **on a** casual** basis.

Main responsibilities include heavy lifting and moving of mattresses and bedroom furniture as well as the assembling of products. You will be picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, preparing daily delivery runs and using the store vehicle for local deliveries.

**You already come with the following**:

- Necessary fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks with awkward and heavy loads.
- Organisational skills to manage all daily activities, including inventory control, in and outbound logistics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, presentable and like helping customers.
- Must be an enthusiastic team player and can contribute to a small team environment.

**We are looking for**:

- Previous warehouse experience (preferably in the bedding or furniture industry).
- Current valid Drivers licence
