We are advertising for a trainer position:
**Trainer and Assessor for Certificate III in Painting and Decorating**

This RTO is a well-regarded education provider in Southport on the Gold Coast that facilitates a positive and supportive workplace. We are currently seeking a Trainer/Assessor to be responsible for training, assessing and mentoring participants in a Certificate III in Painting and Decorating program.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Provide the delivery of quality face to face training and assessment
- Assist in the delivery of support sessions to students
- Liaise with other Trainers/Assessors in relation to ongoing continuous improvement and product review

**Qualifications and essential criteria**
- Hold a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or hold the TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A unit TAEASS502 unit, or a higher-level adult education qualification.
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Building and Construction
- Well-developed administrative and technical skills
- Communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders.

**Salary**: $450.00 - $600.00 per day
