**The Role**:
The Kolmeo Tech Team Leads are responsible for building and maintaining the technology needed to power the Kolmeo product as well as coaching and mentoring other developers to produce high quality, scalable and well considered solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will lead a team of engineers and contribute to the hiring new engineers as the business continues to grow.
- You will work as part of the team to develop a product Kolmeo customers love.
- You will manage and support your team to drive performance, culture, and experimentation.
- You will collaborate with the UI engineers and developers.
- You will build high-quality reusable code.
- You will contribute and support a ‘DevOps’ mindset amongst the team, valuing end to end ownership of features and improvements, including the support and procurement of cloud infrastructure and pipelines.
- You will define and communicate technical and design requirements.
- You will build relationships with other members of the technology leadership team
- You will Identify and manage areas of technical improvement within your squad
