An opportunity exists for an experienced
Technical Lead
to guide the design and delivery of scalable, high-performing digital platforms. You will play a pivotal role in setting technical direction, shaping architectural decisions, and mentoring an engineering team building enterprise-grade software solutions in a fast-moving environment.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives on balancing hands-on coding with leadership — someone who can collaborate across product, design, and operations to drive best practices and deliver measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical direction and hands-on delivery of platform development projects.
  • Oversee architecture, design, and implementation of distributed, API-driven systems.
  • Collaborate closely with product and delivery teams to define roadmaps, priorities, and timelines.
  • Champion modern engineering practices, including CI/CD, automated testing, and scalable infrastructure design.
  • Mentor and upskill engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and quality.
  • Ensure all solutions meet security, performance, and maintainability standards.

About You

  • 5+ years' experience in software engineering, with at least 2 in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong technical capability in
    Go, Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines for scalable applications.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing event driven systems for real time transactions.
  • Designed and maintained Kubernetes manifests and Helm charts under GitOps pipelines.
  • Experience designing and managing microservices, event-driven systems, and API integrations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical direction.
  • Strong commercial mindset — capable of balancing technical excellence with delivery impact.
