**Your new role**
As a Team Supervisor you will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks including, but not limited to:

- Acting as a role model to others by leading the way in displaying and portraying quality customer service and high standard of performance
- Provide clear and concise direction, support and guidance to the team through effective coaching and mentoring
- Challenge processes and procedures, identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert program and policy interpretation to staff members to assist in resolving complex enquiries
- Undertake real time monitoring of call flows and activity to achieve and maintain KPI’s
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Leadership capability in setting direction, prioritising, coaching and nurturing a positive team culture
- Operations and project management expertise in a busy and ambiguous environment
- Communication skills to convey complex information, tailor messaging and resolve issues
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Initiative, flexibility and resilience
- Availability to work rostered shifts between 09:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday
