**About the role**:
**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Supporting the Events Coordinator with admin and planning.
- Liaising with event organisers, stakeholders, and the community.
- Helping ensure events are safe, successful and compliant.
- Managing promotional channels and event calendars.
- Assisting in the administration of the City’s Event Sponsorship Program.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Experience in event coordination or compliance.
- Top-notch communication and customer service skills.
- A knack for problem-solving and working independently.
- Strong admin and tech skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A collaborative spirit and love for teamwork.

**Pre-employment requirements**:

- National Police Clearance (within 6 months).
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Pre-employment medical screening (City-funded).
