**Salary Package**: AUD $60,000 - $65,000+ p.a. superannuation

**Job Overview**:
META, formerly known as Facebook, is dedicated to training an AI model to interact seamlessly with humans in various languages and accents from around the world. To further this initiative, META has now provided opportunities for local talents in Sydney to work at their Barangaroo office.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in AI model training sessions to teach the model Australian English nuances.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance the AI’s interaction capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with a team of AI researchers and language experts.

**Requirements**:

- Must be fluent in Australian English with a clear, native accent.
- Valid Australian citizenship.
- Based in Sydney or willing to travel to Barangaroo.
- No specific experience or seniority level required.
- Interest in technology or any use of AI is an advantage.
- Individuals with a background in retail, technology, or communications.
- Professionals seeking stable, full-time employment in a leading tech company.
