The Role

Dive into a role that’s more than just a job. As Levande’s Resident Additional Services Co-ordinator, you’ll step into a role where you can truly make a difference every day. This role is base in one of our beautiful communities, Cardinal Freeman in Ashfield. The primary focus to provide exceptional customer service by coordinating the Levande Life Plus pilot program as it relates to delivery at the village. A passion for ensuring that the residents, as our customers are central to everything you do.

**Your Impact**:

- Oversee service delivery of Serviced Apartment residents who have relocated to a Cardinal Freeman Independent Living Units
- Monitor service delivery of HC partner, ensuring Levande residents receive exceptional customer service from partner, and resolve or escalate any risk to the pilot project team
- Be an integral member of the Cardinal Freeman village team
- Working closely with the village team to support in any changes to day-to-day village operations impacted by the pilot program
- Support sales team with introducing Levande Life Plus offer into the sales journey - during tours and connecting with residents during the reservation stages
- Onboarding new residents with benefits of Levande Life plus program

**We're Looking For**:

- Aged Care or Retirement Living operations and ideally services - e.g. Additional Services, Lifestyle, Admin/Sales or Hospitality front of house role
- Operational services background e.g. (health care, hotels, retail, real estate)
- Strong coordination skills
- Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Effective strategic thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- People management skills and experience
