*** What you’ll be doing...**
You will help our most important customers move their business forward. As a trusted advisor, you’ll create value for us and our customers by solving their business problems. You’ll bring a consultative selling approach and become an expert for your customers and your peers by skilfully packaging and tailoring our solutions to meet customer needs. Your role is critical to establish us as a key strategic business partner in your accounts. You enjoy digging deep to really understand the customer’s vision along with their unique situation and challenges. You like putting things together in new and creative ways to best solve the customer’s most pressing needs. You look for win-win solutions wherever you can and enjoy collaborating with others.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing development & growth of a portfolio of our existing large enterprise customers.
- Understanding and evaluating industry, business and customer trends to build strategic plans that drive sales & revenue growth.
- Developing impactful relationships with senior customer executives while getting to know their businesses, markets, strategic imperatives and the challenges they face.
- Crafting creative solutions to help customers realize their goals.
- Selling Security & Network services and data centre solutions to help our customers protect their data & systems, connect better, and become more efficient.
- Creating winning outcomes for both us and our customers.
- Demonstrating value so that customers choose our solution.
- Growing our business while making customers happy.
**Where you'll be working...**
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.

What we’re looking for...**
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of or a track record of strategic sales at senior executive levels.
- Experience in the management & development of existing key customer accounts.
- Experience in selling professional services, managed services, and networking and security services.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Experience in working with sophisticated FSI customers.
- Ability to meet or exceed challenging sales targets.
- Well-developed presentation and problem solving skills to help address customer issues and position new ideas.
- Ability to be persuasive and negotiate to create desired outcomes, with both external & internal stakeholders.
- An innovative mindset to structure deals both technically and commercially.
- Ability to balance multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
