**About the role**
- Champion the values of our approach to Health, Safety and Environment across all aspects of the organisation.
- Provide leadership support to ensure the organisation adopts all practices within our Heath, Safety and Environment management systems.

**This role requires a highly motivated individual and the key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Maintaining our HSE management systems and practices so they are in complete sync with our Purpose, Values and Principles.
- Maintaining documents as set out in the Company Document and Data Management Standard.
- Conducting incident investigations.
- Facilitating workplace rehabilitation for injured workers in consultation with medical professionals.
- Identifying and reporting opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

**About You**:

- Strong computer acumen
- Exposure to HSE computer systems (Rapid, ASNA, SharePoint, Noggin etc)
- Certificate IV in Health and Safety - or currently studying
- Return to Work Certificate - highly regarded
- An understanding and ability to maintain Quality - 9001 quality system
- Current drivers licence and reliable transport
