What You'll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
Implement advanced analytics and health & safety tools to prioritize initiatives based on risk and business needs, ensuring efficient resource use aligned with Zero Harm objectives.
Develop KPIs and metrics to assess health and safety support effectiveness, using performance data to drive ongoing improvements in service delivery.
Provide logistical and advisory support for business units, incident response, and large-scale operations such as audits and strategic projects.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Zero Harm as a differentiator and mentoring leaders in planning and delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks, seek opportunities for business improvement, and enhance efficiency by reducing waste and optimizing processes.
What You'll Bring
Intensive WHS/OHS experience in complex, high-risk environments, with a proven track record in supporting bids, transitions, and contract mobilisations.
Formal WHS qualifications (Degree or Diploma), WHS Auditor certification, and training in investigation methodologies like ICAM are essential.
Additional qualifications in project management, change management, or business (Degree or Diploma) are considered advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to integrate WHS systems into diverse projects and effectively influence senior stakeholders and clients.
Strong planning, communication, and negotiation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; and a resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset.
