- As a Junior Solution Designer, you will be given the opportunity to influence the design and outcomes of a variety of innovative and strategic solutions. You will do this by collaborating with architects and cross-functional teams, conducting and presenting data-analysis to support design decisions, factoring in a range of disciplines best practice design principles (UX/UI, Data Architecture, Technology Architecture), and taking ownership of the design process to ensure that solutions meet business needs.- What you offer
- 2-4 years of experience as Business or Technology Business Analyst
- Strong learning mindset with a strict attention to detail
- Motivated to take on new projects, drive outcomes, manage priorities and thrive in a fact paced environment
- Strong communication skills using both verbal and written mediums. Some experience engaging stakeholders. Capable of understanding complexity and presenting key elements.
- Experience in data analysis, with strong Excel skills and exposure to SQL
- Exposure to delivery methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile
