**We are looking for a motivated Residential Building Manager to join our team and secure a long-term career path.**

**We are looking for a person who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of our growing team. Full training and on-going support will be provided.**

**Core hours are Monday to Friday from 7.30am -3.30pm**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Manage day to day requests from Residents**:

- **Work closely with the Strata Manager**:

- **Managing defeat rectifications with the Strata team**:

- **Enforce strata by-laws and ensure they are adhered to be all Residents and Contractors**:

- **Dealing with various contractors to carrying out service maintenance and repairs**:

- **Act as on-site liaison person for dealing with complaints from occupiers, service calls and maintenance contractors**:

- **Maintain the Building Management system**:

- **Manage emergency repairs**:

- **Obtain competitive quotation**:

- **Prepare and submit monthly reporting**:

- **Dispute resolutions**

**The successful applicant will have previous Building Management background experience and demonstrate the following**:

- **At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience.**:

- **Honest work ethic.**:

- **Listen to Residents needs in an empathetic way.**:

- **Good understanding of OH&S requirements.**:

- **Proactive and positive attitude.**:

- **Ability to adapt to systems and procedures.**:

- **Good communication skills both written and verbal.**:

- **The ability to organise and prioritise tasks.**:

- **Experience in the residential and/or commercial building/facilities management is preferred.**:
**We are looking a person who can work autonomously while still being part of the team. You will need a positive can-do attitude and approach your responsibilities pro-actively and with confidence.
