The Reserve Bank of Australia have an opportunity for an AV Service Delivery Specialist to join the team. The key objective of the role is to provide expert services responsible for the delivery of the Bank's IT projects in relation to planning, designing, building, testing, performance tuning and ensuring operational readiness of the Bank's IT Infrastructure services. This is a permanent position with the bank.

The Corporate Services Group is responsible for the effective provision of information technology, workplace (asset management, facilities management, building security, and procurement) and data management services to support the delivery of the Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives. Information Technology Department - responsible for transforming and developing the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives. This role is a hybrid position, split between the Sydney CBD office or our Bella Vista location and working from home.
About the role- Manage the service delivery, support and proactive maintenance of Bank's Audio-Visual Infrastructure services and processes.- Contribute towards maximising the availability and cyber protections of IT Infrastructure systems by enhancing resilience and recovery capabilities to minimising the impact of incidents.- Deliver the required documentation, reporting and data collection for asset management, audit, standard operations and proactive management of the Bank's end-to-end IT infrastructure services and processes.- Continuously improve systems to enhance the user experience, operate efficiently and cost effectively, including maximising automation and orchestration of implementation and ongoing operations
About you- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT and Audio-Visual projects on time and within budget.- 7-10 years of demonstrated IT experience in a service delivery role.- Experience in both Vendor and stakeholders’ management- Understanding of current AV technologies, IT infrastructure, and integration of AV systems with IT networks.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and team members- Be proactive in taking initiatives to automate manual tasks and process improvement- Willingness to maintain, or undertaken provided training to acquire, IT and industry related certifications as products are updated/release
