**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimize their performance.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity, accuracy, and safety in all warehouse processes.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure proper stock rotation and storage to minimize errors and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry.
- Preferred relevant Degree or Diploma qualifications in related industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and delivering operational targets.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and engage a diverse team.
- Experienced in Root Cause Analysis
- Familiarity with inventory management, order processing, and fulfilment procedures.
